We occasionally rent our 56-acre spread to vacationers looking for quiet green hills for miles, and a place that welcomes, not just tolerates, your dogs.
Just 1 ¾ hrs. east of Toronto, our hilltop spread is kind of funky (in a good way) with beautiful scenery. Here's what the place offers:
- 56 acres on rolling hills – a mix of woods and trails, hayfields and cut lawn
- one-of-a-kind, bright and spacious 3-bedroom stone home
- large livingroom, large kitchen, separate diningroom
- approx. 4 acres fenced around the house – let the dogs out with no worries
- large 20x40-ft saltwater swimming pool
- satellite TV
- wood-burning fireplace, oil heat
- 5 miles from nearest towns (Campbellford, Warkworth)
- deck with a view for miles
- in the vicinity: golf courses, Presqu'ile Park, Trent Waterway, Rice Lake, nature trails, antique shops, Cobourg, Port Hope & Warkworth
Warning: departing guests report difficulty getting their dogs to follow them to their cars.
Rentals available on a one-week and two-week basis.
